Workshop on the potential of cheese production in Bavi

The last decade has witnessed dynamism and high levels of growth in production and demand of dairy sector in Vietnam. However dairy products exist modestly in some products such as milk and yoghurt. Cheese is an uncommon product in Vietnam but with its potential in conservation and rich in nutrition, it would be an alternative solution to promote the dairy production in the future. It’s a reason that Revalter project collaborated with Ba Vi research center of cow and fodder, organized together a workshop of “Potential of cheese production in Ba Vì”. The workshop aims to promote the sustanibility of dairy industry in the areas, especially in cheese production. A small session of cheese tasting  was well appreciated by the participants.
